(More customer reviews)First, the product does work very well and is super easy to use.You wet the window, then wash with the tool and pad while the window is still wet and then rinse.I only used one pad and it cleaned all my windows, 4 big picture windows and 17 regular size windows.It left no streaks.It was by far the easiest ever effort to clean these windows.
